Install and open
Run the installer and open FL Studio. It starts in trial mode automatically. No account required.

Start making music
Everything is available. Open a template: File → New from template. Try the Channel Rack with some instruments.

Export your work before closing
Before closing a session, export your audio: File → Export → WAV/MP3. This way you have your work even if you cannot reopen the .flp project.
Activate a paid licence
Once you buy FL Studio from image-line.com:
- In FL Studio: Help → Unlock FL Studio
- Enter your Image-Line account email and click Unlock
- FL Studio downloads your licence and activates — no serial key needed
- Your licence is tied to your Image-Line account, not to the PC
